provides the most realistic usage of any application whether its a web, desktop or
mobile application. Therefore, each person has visits and each visit has events.
Powerful reports can be created by using the person-level events tracking that we

your goals.
Traditional analytics packages tend to track very generic data such as page views,
bounce rates and more, however, those metrics are not specific to your business
which mostly renders them non-actionable but useful. Therefore, we encourage that
you continue to use your traditional analytics tools such as Google Analytics, GetClicky,
etc. FoxMetrics should be used to track the data that really matters and actionable
with precise metrics. If you wish to track traditional analytics such as page views
please do not hesitate to do so, you are more than welcome - we just encourage you
to use other packages that were intended for that purpose such as Google Analytics.

With our API’s, you can record events from any application that supports HTTP (GET/PUT)
requests such as your website, mobile, desktop applications.
Each event is tied to a visit with is uniquely tied to your customer - a person,
and each event could contain any number of attributes. We will then continue to
track the activities of each person as they take track-able actions on your application.
Once we’ve received data from you regarding your customers and their actions - you
can slice and dice the data from within your dashboard as you see fit - starting
from creating segments, funnels, ad-hoc reports, real-time drill downs and more.
